Job Summary:
We are seeking an Agile Coach, In this role, you will work across teams, departments, and leadership levels to enable high-performing Agile environments and lead Agile transformation initiatives. You will mentor Agile teams, coach leadership, and embed Lean-Agile thinking across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks.
* Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
* Design and deliver Agile training programs and workshops.
* Enable high-performing teams through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
* Guide leaders and stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices and servant leadership.
* Define and track Agile metrics to improve delivery and decision-making.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*10–12 years of total experience, with minimum 3–5 years in a dedicated Agile coaching role.
*Proven experience in leading Agile transformations across complex environments.
*Deep hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS).
*Experience in coaching at team, program, and portfolio levels.
*Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities at team and leadership levels.
*Excellent understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking, and systems thinking.
*Proven ability to influence and drive change across departments and levels.
*Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
*Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, etc.
*Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
*Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom) is a plus.
