Job Summary:
We are seeking an Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong functional expertise to support Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, finance process transformation, and capability-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial processes, regulatory compliance, and Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring effective business alignment and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
*Lead process definition across Finance functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Taxation) and define future-state Oracle Finance processes.
*Support the creation of SOPs, RACI matrices, compliance checklists, and internal control frameworks tailored to Oracle ERP workflows.
*Validate Oracle Fusion Finance configurations during SIT/UAT (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, Tax) to ensure alignment with business requirements and statutory compliance.
*Provide inputs on financial reporting, statutory filings, tax compliance, and audit readiness using Oracle ERP capabilities.
*Collaborate with HR and Procurement SMEs to ensure seamless integration for Payroll, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash cycles.
*Guide Finance teams in areas of budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and planning using Oracle Fusion Planning & Budgeting (PBCS).
*Conduct finance capability maturity assessments and deliver Oracle Fusion Finance training, job aids, and user adoption materials.
*Support cutover activities, go-live readiness, and HyperCare for Oracle Finance modules post-implementation.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8–15 years of Finance/Accounting experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
*Strong expertise in accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
*Proven experience in defining process controls, risk management frameworks, and internal audit readiness.
*Strong track record in process documentation, SOP creation, and end-user training within ERP programs.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
*CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
*Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification desirable.
*Prior experience in large-scale ERP/Oracle Finance transformations is highly valued.
