Job Summary:
We are seeking an Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for driving HR process excellence, capability building, and ERP adoption during the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The role requires deep functional expertise in HR processes and Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a strong focus on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance to ensure smooth business adoption.

Key Responsibilities :
*Lead process definition across Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
*Define and design future-state HR processes in Oracle Fusion, including SOPs, RACIs, compliance controls, and audit documentation.
*Validate Oracle Fusion HCM module configurations (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Learning) during SIT/UAT to ensure alignment with HR policies and business requirements.
*Partner with business stakeholders on workforce planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics using Oracle HCM tools.
*Provide functional guidance to HR teams on employee lifecycle management within Oracle HCM Cloud.
*Facilitate capability assessments and deliver Oracle HCM training, user guides, and job aids for HR teams.
*Support change management, cutover readiness, and HyperCare for Oracle HCM modules post–go-live.
*Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory HR requirements, and Oracle ERP audit standards.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8–15 years of HR domain experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on involvement in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
*Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Compensation Management, and Learning & Development.
*Proven experience in HR process design, documentation, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
*Ability to engage with senior HR leaders and translate HR functional needs into Oracle HCM configurations.
*Strong interpersonal, analytical, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
*MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
*Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.) highly desirable.
*Experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM transformations preferred.
