Job Summary:
We are seeking an Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a pivotal role in transforming sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes during the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. The role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules, along with strong knowledge of procurement strategy, contract management, and compliance, to ensure smooth business adoption.

Key Responsibilities :
*Lead process definition across end-to-end Oracle procurement cycles (Requisition to PO, vendor selection, supplier qualification, contract lifecycle management, GRN, invoicing).
*Define and design future-state Oracle Procurement processes, documenting SOPs, RACIs, compliance frameworks, and quality checkpoints.
*Validate Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain module configurations (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, iSupplier) during SIT/UAT to ensure alignment with business requirements and policies.
*Collaborate with Finance and HR SMEs to integrate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and vendor workforce management processes in Oracle Fusion.
*Guide business teams on supplier management, compliance monitoring, and supplier performance evaluation using Oracle Supplier Qualification and Supplier Portal.
*Facilitate procurement capability assessments and deliver Oracle Fusion procurement training, user guides, and job aids.
*Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and HyperCare for Oracle Procurement modules.
*Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, legal and audit compliance, and Oracle ERP governance standards.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8–15 years of procurement and supply chain experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement & Supply Chain Cloud modules.
*Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier qualification, contract management, vendor compliance, and inventory/procurement operations.
*Proven track record in procurement process design, policy formulation, controls, and Oracle-driven process optimization.
*Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as: Self-Service, Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal.
*Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and business process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
*MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement.
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification (preferred).
*Prior experience in ERP transformation or large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementations is highly desirable.
