Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable and efficient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing REST APIs and microservices, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and clean code. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, and QA teams to deliver robust, high-performing applications.
* Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in development processes and tools.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
* 5–8 years of experience in backend development using Java.
* Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
* Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
* Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
* Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams.
