Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to design, build, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist who combines architectural thinking with hands-on coding excellence. You’ll lead development efforts, mentor the team, and collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Remain actively hands-on with coding, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
*Drive the implementation of Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API integrations.
*Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end with Node.js/NestJS microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.
*Lead the end-to-end design and development of React and Next.js applications — from architecture to deployment.
*Define and enforce best practices for front-end architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
*Implement responsive and accessible UI designs with focus on reusability and maintainability.
*Mentor developers, review pull requests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.
*Partner with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
*Create and maintain technical documentation, including design decisions and coding standards.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
1.Core Front-End Expertise:
*Expert in React.js and Next.js, with deep understanding of SSR, SSG, routing, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).
*Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
*Advanced knowledge of modern UI development practices, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).
2.Backend & DevOps Exposure:
*Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend integration and microservice development.
3.Leadership & Collaboration:
*Proven experience leading small to mid-sized development teams while staying actively involved in development.
*Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams.
*Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have
*Experience using GitHub Copilot, other GenAI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
*Exposure to AI-driven testing, code documentation, or prompt-based UI generation tools.
*Familiarity with Figma-to-code workflows, design systems, or component library development.
*Understanding of monitoring and performance tools.
*Contributions to open-source projects, blogs, or internal engineering accelerators.
