Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Technical Consultant to design, build, and oversee enterprise-scale data warehousing solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP BW on HANA data modeling, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Designing SAP BW system architecture aligned with organizational goals and best practices ensures project success. Should be able to Collaborate with business to understand requirements and should be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for BW objects.
*Design and develop InfoObjects, InfoProviders (ADSOs, CompositeProviders), Create and optimize HANA Calculation Views for BW on HANA. Build and maintain DataSources, transformations, and DTPs for data extraction from SAP ECC.
*Should be able to collaborate with business to understand the requirement and should have worked on the procurement related projects.
*Overseeing implementation with technical expertise to integrate all components seamlessly and optimize performance. Monitor and resolve performance bottlenecks in data loads.
*Support SIT and UAT phases by validating data accuracy and provide hypercare and post go live support.
*Troubleshooting complex issues to ensure scalable, secure, and adaptable solutions. Guide junior developers and review their work for quality and adherence to standards.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Overall 15+ years of experience with relevant 10+ years of experience.
*SAP BW on HANA data modeling (InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders); HANA Calculation Views & performance tuning; ECC/ODP extraction (DataSources, Transformations, DTPs); Procurement (MM: PO, Vendor, GR/IR) experience.
*Experience with CPG domain.
*Desired skills: BW/4HANA (BW Modeling Tools/Eclipse); S/4HANA integration (CDS Views, OData); SAP Datasphere (DWC) & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC); Ariba integration.
