Job Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced UAT professional with experince in test planning, execution oversight, acceptance criteria definition, defect triage, and regression management. Proficient in translating BRDs, user stories, and Figma designs into effective test scenarios and test cases, with hands-on API testing and mentoring of test teams

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities for assigned projects.
*Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
*Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test reports.
*Ensure functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing coverage.
*Coordinate with developers, product owners, and business teams to resolve defects.
*Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
*Mentor and guide QA team members and conduct reviews.
*Drive automation testing initiatives and improve test efficiency.
*Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
*Participate in requirement reviews and provide early quality inputs.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8 + years of experience in UAT, with at least 2 National-level e-Governance
solutions / Enterprise platforms / Marketplace projects.
*Proficiency in test planning, execution oversight, and acceptance criteria
definition, defect triage, regression cycle management.
*Proficient in understanding business requirements by going through BRDs,
User Stories, Figma screens to define test scenarios and test cases.
*Ability to analyze high level and low-level design documents, API specifications to identify the business logic developed and create test cases to test the APIs.
*Hands-on experience of defining high quality test scenarios, test cases with ability to review and guide the test team members in doing the same.
*Bachelor’s degree in B.E./ B.Tech. / MTech/ MCA/ MS (Computer Science / IT).
*ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent required.
