Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with experience in designing and building scalable, cloud-native data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in big data technologies, distributed systems, and modern data architectures, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipelines and platforms.
*Build and optimize batch and real-time data processing workflows.
*Develop reusable components, frameworks, and data tools to improve engineering efficiency.
*Ensure performance optimization, cost efficiency, and data quality across data workflows.
*Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
*Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
*Follow best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
*Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
*Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
*Proactive attitude with a strong desire to transform data into actionable insights.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8–10 years of experience in software and data engineering.
*Strong foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data platforms.
*Expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark and real-time streaming frameworks like Apache Kafka.
*Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and SQL.
*Advanced experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its data services.
*Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
*Strong understanding of advanced data modeling techniques and modern data warehouses.
*Experience in at least one of the following domains: SCM, Marketing, or Federated Data Models (mandatory).
*Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable data systems.
