Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to accounting entries, reconciliations, taxation basics, and financial records maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain books of accounts and record daily accounting transactions.
*Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
*Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
*Post journal entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
*Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
*Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax related compliance work.
*Prepare data for statutory filings and maintain compliance records.
*Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents.
*Prepare basic financial reports such as trial balance and P&L statements.
*Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports for management.
*Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants when required.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
*Experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar software.
*Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
*Good attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to meet deadlines and handle routine accounting tasks.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance.
