Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quaity Assurance Engineer with experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and/or mobile applications by executing effective testing strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute Functional and UAT testing activities, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect logging, and reporting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for complex enterprise applications, ensuring full business workflow coverage.
* Analyse requirement specifications (BRDs, user stories, wireframes) to derive clear and effective test scenarios covering business logic, approval flows, controls, and audit trails.
* Validate cross-platform and cross-browser functionality of web portals and multi-device mobile applications where applicable.
* Identify, log, track, and coordinate defect resolution with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders using test management/defect tracking tools.
* Prepare and present structured test status reports, quality metrics, and UAT readiness summaries to project leads and stakeholders.
* Support test process improvements and contribute to QA best practices, templates, and documentation standards

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on Functional and UAT testing for enterprise systems.
* Exposure to at least one national-level e-Governance, Enterprise Platform, or Marketplace project validating large-scale business flows and user journeys.
* Hands-on experience writing and executing comprehensive test cases, managing defects, and interpreting functional requirements into test scenarios.
* Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) and familiarity with Agile or SDLC processes.
* Experience in validating cross-browser and multi-device compatibility for web and mobile applications is a plus.

Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate
