Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead quality assurance activities across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across projects including planning, test strategy, test case oversight, execution monitoring, defect tracking, and UAT sign-off.
* Define UAT scope, entry/exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and success measures in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Oversee preparation and review of UAT test scenarios, test cases and documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows.
* Coordinate with product owners, SMEs, QA teams, and technical/development teams to ensure smooth execution and timely defect resolution.
* Track defects and issues, support triage sessions, and drive resolution to achieve quality and release readiness.
* Report UAT progress, test metrics, risks, and readiness status to project leadership and stakeholders

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in software testing, with significant responsibility in UAT planning and execution.
* Exposure to at least 2 National-level e-Governance solutions, Enterprise platforms, or Marketplace projects where UAT was fully owned and delivered.
* Strong understanding of testing life cycle, test planning, defect management, and test strategy.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work with business and technical teams.
* Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
