Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools, along with experience in designing and delivering scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires a balance of technical leadership and hands-on development, with a strong focus on performance, security, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
*Develop scalable, high-performance solutions while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
*Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party and enterprise systems.
*Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
*Ensure robust data modeling, security architecture, and access control (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
*Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
*Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments.
*Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best-practice guidelines.
*Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
*Experience in technical design and development efforts for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
*Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data modelling, and security architecture.
*Extensive experience with integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP and third-party systems.
*Experience designing scalable, high-volume, and performance-optimized solutions.
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute both strategically and hands-on.
*Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
*Experience on Education Cloud (Good to have)
