Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Advent Moxy Consultant to join our Wealth & Asset Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise in trade order management and portfolio workflows with hands-on experience in Advent Moxy, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and compliance teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Business Analysis: Document workflows for trade order routing, compliance checks, portfolio accounting, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Advent Moxy modules, tailoring order management workflows to Wealth & Asset Management processes.
* Integration Oversight: Coordinate integration projects with external systems (trading platforms, settlement systems, risk engines) using FIX, SWIFT, and APIs.
* Project Delivery: Lead UAT, training sessions, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
* Process Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into portfolio accounting, compliance reporting, and trade lifecycle management.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years of techno-functional experience with Advent Moxy in Wealth & Asset Management.
* Hands-on expertise in Moxy configuration, workflows, and compliance modules.
* Strong functional knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade order workflows, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
* Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX.
* Technical understanding of SQL/Oracle databases, FIX protocol, and APIs (to collaborate effectively with technical teams).
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain projects.
Exposure to Advent Synchova for portfolio accounting and reporting.
* Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Prior experience working in the Middle East financial services sector is a plus.
