Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Development Lead with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce initiatives, drive end-to-end solution design and delivery, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of integrations and CI/CD best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
*Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
*Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
*Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and technical workshops.
Role Requirements and Experience:
*Minimum 8 years’ experience in Salesforce Development.
*Direct experience of Agile development methodology along with SDLC/DevOps practices.
*Experience with Salesforce CI/CD development pipeline implementation and management preferred.
*Strong communication skills and direct client facing experience.
*Strong Knowledge on Integration is must.
*Knowledge on middleware will be appreciated.
