Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
*Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity.
*Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
*Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit.
*Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
*Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on interview status.
*Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
*Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
*Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
*Stay updated with current hiring trends and market insights.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
*1–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT hiring).
*Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
*Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, and resume screening.
*Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases is a plus.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
*Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach.
