Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead .NET Core Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API development, database design, and system architecture, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence. This role requires a balance of hands-on development, architectural thinking, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of backend applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
*Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
*Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
*Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver robust technical solutions.
*Drive code reviews, design discussions, and best practices across the team.
*Design, optimize, and manage database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
*Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
*Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
*Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
Required Skills:
*10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
*Strong proficiency in C# programming.
*Extensive experience in building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
*Solid experience with SQL databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL), including query optimization and performance tuning.
*Expertise in ORM tools such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper.
*Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
*Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT, Identity frameworks).
*Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
*Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
