Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
*Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
*Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
*Coordinate and support new joiner onboarding and induction programs.
*Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
*Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
*Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
*Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and communication.
*Assist in implementing and improving HR processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
*MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory)
*1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
*Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle).
*Familiarity with HRMS tools (like Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP, etc.)
*Understanding of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
*Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance (preferred)
*Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
