Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is responsible for design and deploy machine learning, counterfactual models, and agentic AI systems to enhance engagement and retention. Execute uplift modeling, treatment effect estimation, and policy impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Turn customer feedback into actionable insights to improve tNPS and rNPS using causal analysis.
*Lead A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and causal studies to assess customer and AI-driven experiences.
*Design and deploy machine learning, counterfactual models, and agentic AI systems to enhance engagement and retention.
*Execute uplift modeling, treatment effect estimation, and policy impact measurement.
*Build LLM-powered solutions to automate interactions, interactions analysis and empower executive with data-based decision-making.
*Design and operate robust production-grade AI using Databricks bundles, maintaining scalability and compliance.
*Apply MLOps practices for reliable deployment, including tracking, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
*Balance innovation and operational excellence, optimizing between experimentation speed and stability.
Must Have Qualifications:
*Skilled in Databricks (Asset Bundles, Unity Catalog, MLflow), with proven experience architecting and deploying AI and LLM solutions on Azure and AWS for large-scale customer AI initiatives.
*Over 10 years’ experience in AI engineering, specializing in customer AI initiatives. Adept at developing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Led full model lifecycles, optimizing customer experiences and automating interactions through chatbots and recommendation systems
*At least 3 years’ expertise leading customer AI initiatives including policy lifecycle management, customer experience improvement, and Personalization. Collaborated across teams to enhance customer-facing products using predictive analytics and GenAI.
*Present complex AI findings to non-technical customer leaders and C-suite stakeholders. Translate technical metrics (F1-score, AUC) into business metrics (tNPS uplift, Persistency Ratios).
*Spearhead Generative AI initiatives (e.g., Agentic AI for automated underwriting support or RAG-based knowledge assistants for customers).
Good to Have Qualifications:
*Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Big Query.
*GenAI use cases: Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, retrieval pipeline.
*MLOps for optimizing and managing AI/ML pipelines and production models.
*Familiarity with CI/CD for automated AI deployments.
*Experience with Databricks apps and Databricks Genie for data analytics and AI deployment.
