Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong domain expertise in CRM modules. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving functional discussions, analyzing business requirements, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
*Evaluate requirement fitment within Dynamics 365 and propose optimal solutions.
*Lead functional design discussions with stakeholders and business users.
*Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Field Service).
*Ensure solutions align with Dynamics 365 best practices.
Role Requirements:
*Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 CRM.
*Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
*Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
*Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
*Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
*Mandatory skills: Functional consultant for Dynamics CRM
*Desired skills: Scrum Master
