Job Summary:
We are looking T24 Business Analyst with hands on technical knowledge across various T24 modules and experience across various commercial banking business and journeys. Ability to work with Product owners and Business Analyst and design the end-to-end journeys and guide the development and testing teams alike on the SDLC life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
*Experience in Temenos T24 Core banking application with very good working knowledge on various Retail and commercial banking business as well as T24 modules with working knowledge of TAFC/TAFJ and versions that use the same.
*Able to work closely with Product owners and act as a Business and Technical architect who can refine user stories, prepare high level technical design documents, assist in low-level design documents, test scenarios and test data setup and help in any business validations as and when required.
*Experience in Agile environments and appreciate the purpose of PI planning and scrum ceremonies.
*T24 core Modules (CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL etc.)
*T24 - AA loans & AA Deposits, Lending & mortgage modules, IRIS APIs, TWS, Trade Finance.
*Agile methodologies and Role based specific skill sets.
*T24 certifications.
*Ability to form and manage a team of T24 specialists and guide the engineers.
*Review work of other T24 Analysts and comply to the ways of working of the client.

*Desired skills:
*Any other core banking platform experience including operations, implementation, business analysis experience.
*Good experience in Commercial Lending and/or Trade finance implementations.
*Recommend improvements to existing T24 technical and business processes in order to meet the Bank’s requirements.
*Strong Leadership & Client Facing Skills
*Experience is Banking / Financial Services domain is plus.
