Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead with strong technical leadership, governance, and hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will have delivered multiple enterprise-grade Azure projects and will be responsible for owning DevOps strategy, pipeline engineering, platform governance, and mentoring DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
*DevOps Strategy, Governance & Leadership:
. Own and define the DevOps roadmap, standards, patterns, and best practices across integration projects.
· Establish and enforce governance controls for CI/CD, environment access, branching, approvals, and release management.
· Lead DevOps ceremonies, architecture reviews, and provide technical oversight.
· Collaborate with architects and platform teams to align DevOps processes with solution design.
· Drive continuous improvement and eliminate manual deployment processes.
*CI/CD Engineering & Pipeline Ownership:
· Design and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for Azure Integration workloads including Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, and Service Bus/Event Grid.
· Build YAML-based reusable pipeline templates.
· Implement multi-stage CI/CD across DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod.
· Introduce validation checks, rollback strategies, and compliance gates.
*Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Leadership:
· Define IaC strategy using Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM.
· Build modular IaC architectures with centralized state management.
· Ensure consistent environment provisioning and eliminate configuration drift.
*DevSecOps & Compliance:
· Integrate security scanning, dependency checks, and policy enforcement.
· Manage RBAC, managed identities, and Azure AD service principals.
· Ensure compliance with audit controls and governance.
*Monitoring, Observability & Reliability:
· Implement observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
· Define release validation gates and deployment health checks.
· Improve reliability and reduce MTTR through automation.
*Team Leadership, Mentoring & Collaboration:
· Lead and mentor DevOps engineers.
· Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering excellence.
· Support Agile teams with DevOps tooling and best practices.

Role Requirements:
*10+ years in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, and Azure platform delivery.
*Deep hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
*Strong CI/CD automation expertise using YAML.
*Experience across Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus/Event Grid.
*Strong IaC skills (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
*Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
*Strong Azure authentication expertise: Managed Identity, RBAC, Service Principals.
*Delivered automation across multiple complex projects.
