Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SAM Pro & Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to lead implementation, customization, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAM Pro modules, optimizing software license management processes, and driving automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
*Individual with expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro module to drive the implementation & management of SAM Pro.
*Knowledge on configuration & administration of SAM Pro tables, able to manage integrations between SAM Pro and other tools.
*Able to do customizations in SAM Pro as per business needs, knowledge on SAM Pro workflows, processes and integrations, seeking to automate tasks, reduce errors and increase operational efficiency.
*Experience in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation, including custom reports and queries using ServiceNow’s reporting tools. *Certifications required: ServiceNow Certified Application Development, ServiceNow CIS- SAM Pro.
*Individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Good to have knowledge of software license management tools and processes specifically withing SAM Pro.
*Experience with cloud-based discovery- AWS, Azure, Google etc., is a plus.
