Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Data Analyst with 10+ years of overall experience to manage, analyze, and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PLM modules, data governance, master data management, and cross-functional collaboration to support engineering, manufacturing, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain SAP PLM master data including material master, BOMs, documents, and change management records.
*Analyze PLM data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business standards.
*Support product lifecycle processes such as Engineering Change Management (ECM) and document control.
*Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to gather requirements.
*Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for SAP implementations or upgrades.
*Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for PLM data insights.
*Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.
*Identify process improvement opportunities within SAP PLM workflows.
*Support integration between SAP PLM and other enterprise systems.
*Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PLM-related issues.

Role Requirements:
*10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to SAP PLM.
*Hands-on experience in SAP PLM modules (Document Management, BOM, ECM, Material Master).
*Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
*Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
*Knowledge of data governance and master data management principles.
*Experience in data migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, etc.)
*Good SQL / reporting skills preferred.
*Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
