Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, and working knowledge of Angular applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining both front-end and backend components of CRM solutions. This role also requires hands-on experience in Dynamics AI Agent configuration and management, along with system administration, user support, and continuous optimization of CRM processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Development & Integration:
*Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
*Implement and manage data models, business rules, workflows, and tables in Dataverse.
*Develop and maintain Angular-based front-end components.
*Ensure seamless integration between Angular UI and Dataverse using REST APIs and OData.
*Design and consume APIs, custom connectors, and Power Automate flows.
2.System Configuration & Administration:
*Perform system configurations, module customization, and environment management.
*Manage workflow updates, approval processes, and automation enhancements.
*Handle user onboarding, access management, and training.
*Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3.Dynamics AI Agent configuration and management:
*System configurations and module adjustments.
*Workflow and approval process updates.
*Development and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
*User onboarding, training, and support.
*General system administration and troubleshooting.
*Configuration and optimization of Dynamics AI Agents.
4.Reporting & Optimization:
*Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Dynamics 365.
*Optimize system performance across front-end and backend layers.
*Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
5.Collaboration & Delivery:
*Work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and technical teams.
*Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.
*Follow best practices for coding, version control, and deployments (Azure DevOps, Git).

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*4–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
*Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
*Experience with Dynamics AI Agent configuration and management.
*Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with Angular/AngularJS experience.
*Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and JSON-based integrations.
*Understanding of Power Platform architecture, security model, and environments.
*Experience in implementing business rules, workflows, and automation.
*Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 integrations.
*Knowledge of SharePoint integration is a plus.
*Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD tools.
*Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
