Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk. The role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders, regional teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient HR solutions that support business objectives and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Core HR:
* Implement and support Oracle Fusion Core HR configurations, including:
*Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, and Organization Trees
* Workforce Structures (Jobs, Grades, Positions, Locations)
* Worker lifecycle events (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Assignment Changes, Termination)
* Configure person types, document types, HR documents of record, and approval hierarchies.
* Support data migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets during implementation and rollouts.
* Ensure data accuracy, security roles, and compliance with regional HR policies.

Absence Management:
* Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, proration, carryover, and forfeiture rules.
* Support country-specific absence requirements (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, etc.).
* Troubleshoot accrual errors, balance issues, and employee/manager self-service absence requests.
* Manage year-end processes, accrual validations, and audit requirements.

HR Help Desk:
* Configure HR Help Desk request categories, knowledge articles, and automated workflows.
* Set up security access for HR users, agents, and administrators.
* Support Redwood UI migration and continuous enhancements.
* Monitor and resolve production issues, SLA breaches, and user queries.

General / Cross-Module:
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions, CR analysis, and solution design workshops.
* Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and UAT scenarios.
* Support UAT, production migration, and post-go-live support.
* Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.

Role Requirement and Qualification:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with strong focus on Core HR and Absence.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL and approval configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regional compliance.
• Experience supporting multi-country / multi-BU implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
