Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent & Compensation Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Compensation modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Talent Review, Profile Management, Succession Planning, Compensation (Merit & Bonus), and Benefits. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to align system solutions with organizational talent development, performance, and reward strategies while ensuring efficient, scalable, and user-friendly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Goals:
• Configure performance templates, sections, rating models, and review periods.
• Manage goal plans, goal libraries, weightages, and validations.
• Support goal uploads, mass updates, and cleansed data migration.
• Troubleshoot evaluation visibility, ratings, and eligibility issues.
Talent Review & Succession:
• Configure talent review meetings, boxes, and potential/performance matrices.
• Support talent pools and succession plans.
• Enable analytics and dashboards for talent insights.
Compensation (Merit & Bonus):
• Configure workforce compensation cycles including:
* Eligibility rules, budgets, and allocation methods
* Compensation plans (Merit, Bonus, Allowances)
* Dynamic calculations and column formulas
• Support worksheet security, manager hierarchies, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot worksheet issues, validations, and publishing errors.
• Support compensation statements, letters, and reporting.
General / Cross-Module
• Lead business requirement workshops with HR, T&C, and leadership teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guidelines.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and audit validations.
• Work closely with technical teams for Fast Formula, BI reports, and integrations.
• Manage enhancements, CRs, and stabilization activities.
Role Requirement and Qualification:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Compensation modules.
• Strong hands-on experience in Merit, Bonus, Performance, and Goals.
• Expertise in Fast Formula for compensation and eligibility logic.
• Experience managing annual compensation and performance cycles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
