Key Responsibilities:
1.Program Governance & Delivery:
*Lead end-to-end full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP program implementations, from discovery and design through deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.
*Manage multiple concurrent projects under a unified program umbrella, maintaining oversight of cross-project dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
*Define program scope, success metrics, and objectives in alignment with overarching enterprise goals.
*Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) for Oracle transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks.
2.Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
*Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, steering committees, and external implementation vendors.
*Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, functional/technical consultants, and third-party contractors to drive alignment and flawless execution.
*Manage third-party vendor performance, including service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverable quality.
3.Risk & Resource Management:
*Proactively perform risk and issue management, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
*Oversee resource allocation, balancing team workloads across various project schedules and workstreams.
*Monitor financial metrics across the program, including committed and actual costs, to ensure all projects are delivered within approved budgets.
4.Business Transformation & Change:
*Champion Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to drive high user adoption and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
*Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
*Ensure strict adherence to Saudi localizations, compliance requirements, and data governance policies.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:

*Certifications: PMP (Project Management Institute) or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory. Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
*Minimum of 10+ years in IT/ERP project management, with at least 5+ years specializing exclusively in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
*Proven track record of managing large enterprise or government-sector projects within Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with KSA business practices, legal compliances, and localization is a significant advantage.
*Deep understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement), strong executive-level reporting, and proficiency with enterprise project management software (MS Project, Jira).
