Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to oversee and enhance enterprise IT operations, infrastructure stability, endpoint engineering, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep operational expertise, and hands-on experience managing complex IT environments while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support specialists and endpoint engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
* Oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management, ensuring high levels of uptime, reliability, and performance
* Define, implement, and continuously improve IT operations policies, procedures, and best practices
* Establish and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before impacting users or services
* Lead incident management and response processes, ensuring timely resolution and conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues
* Implement and enforce structured change management processes to minimize disruptions and maintain operational stability
* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operational capabilities
* Work closely with GRC and Security teams to support PCI, SOC2, and SOX compliance initiatives and maintain required IT controls
* Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence and optimal service delivery
* Develop and manage IT operations budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, standards, and processes
* Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when required
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and operational best practices to improve IT service delivery and infrastructure performance

Required Skills and Qualification:
* 8+ years of strong IT operations leadership experience, including team management
* Deep expertise in IT infrastructure operations, incident management, and ITIL practices
* Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across enterprise IT environments
* Proven experience managing IT operations, change management processes, and ensuring high system uptime
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Desired Skills 
* Experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools
* Exposure to PCI, SOC2, and SOX compliance frameworks
* Vendor management and SLA governance experience
* Knowledge of endpoint engineering and infrastructure operations
* Experience in budgeting, process documentation, and operational optimization
