Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, production support governance, and service stability across enterprise applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT service operations, incident management, observability, operational readiness, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires a proactive leader who can establish scalable operational models, lead production support functions, and ensure seamless transition from project implementation to steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Define Ops model & support processes
*Set-up monitoring and observability capabilities
*Lead production monitoring, incident, and problem management
*Coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teams for issue resolution
*Drive continuous improvement based on operational metrics and user feedback
*Manage hypercare transition to steady‑state operations
*Define knowledge management, runbooks, and handover artefacts
*Support future releases and enhancements from an operational readiness perspective
