Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO End-User Trainers to support end-user enablement for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, developing training content, and providing post go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes across business users.
Role Requirements:
*Participate in pre-UAT sessions delivered by functional team of SI.
*Build solution and process knowledge using training artifacts provided by functional team of SI.
*Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions delivered by SI
*Support development of additional end user training materials as per client requirement Training PPTs, Job Aids in Word, Simulations and E-learnings in Articulate.
*Plan, own, and deliver comprehensive end-user trainings, conduct assessments (knowledge tests) of end users, and collect feedback to continuously improve training content.
*During Hypercare, deliver post-go-live refresher trainings, and on-floor handholding support of end users, and help client build their own internal training capabilities
*Process areas in scope: Enterprise structure, Chart of Accounts, Finance Master Data, General Ledger, Tax, Asset Accounting and Project Systems, Intercompany Processes, Bank and Cash Management, Consolidation / Group Finance, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Real Estate Leasing.
