Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer / AI Platform Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM, and Perplexity AI to support the implementation, administration, and enterprise adoption of AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in enterprise AI platforms, integrations, AI governance, identity and access management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be responsible for evaluating emerging AI capabilities, enabling enterprise-wide AI services, managing platform operations, ensuring security and compliance, and driving AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
*Partnering with Enterprise Architecture, IES Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Networking, and other enterprise technology teams to enable new AI platform capabilities, connectors, integrations, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise services.
*Researching, evaluating, and validating new capabilities, connectors, APIs, integrations, and services released by AI platform vendors, assessing their business value, security implications, and readiness for enterprise adoption before rollout.
*Coordinating cross-functional implementation activities required to onboard new enterprise AI capabilities, including infrastructure readiness, identity integration, network connectivity, governance approvals, and platform configuration.
*Acting as the central operational and technical liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise technology teams, and AI platform vendors to ensure successful rollout and ongoing support of enterprise AI services.
*Managing Perplexity Pro/Max, Google NotebookLM, and future AI platform licenses, and credit allocation on a daily/weekly basis.
*Monitoring AI platform usage, spending, and credit consumption to optimize costs and prevent unnecessary expenditures.
*Developing and retaining organizational expertise in enterprise AI platforms, prompting techniques, governance, and best practices.
*Ensuring compliance with internal security policies, data governance, regulatory requirements, and enterprise AI governance standards.
*Working closely with business teams to drive AI adoption and maximize business value aligned with organizational objectives.
*Delivering ongoing user training, awareness sessions, knowledge sharing, and change management activities to increase enterprise AI adoption.
*Providing timely operational support for licensing, access management, platform administration, and user issues that may not be covered under vendor support agreements.
*Maintaining institutional knowledge of business processes, user requirements, enterprise AI strategy, and platform operations. Providing critical support for employees using Google NotebookLM, Perplexity, and future AI platforms, ensuring faster issue resolution and improved user experience
