Job Summary:
As a Strong Integration Expert for Product Management, you will lead the design, development, and governance of robust integrations across project management tools, enterprise platforms, and digital ecosystems. This role is responsible for enabling seamless data flow, improving interoperability, and driving automation to support business objectives, operational efficiency, and faster product delivery.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, platform owners, developers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to assess integration needs and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Leveraging strong expertise in APIs, middleware, cloud services, automation platforms, and enterprise data governance, you will evaluate existing landscapes, define integration strategies, and ensure reliable, compliant, and maintainable data exchange across systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*5–8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, cloud technologies, or automation solutions.
*Hands-on expertise with:
- RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services
- API development, integration, and troubleshooting
- Middleware technologies and integration platforms
- Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.)
- Integration connectors for enterprise applications
- Event-driven architecture and workflow automation
- Practical experience with:
- JIRA
- Microsoft Planner
- ServiceNow
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
*Strong understanding of API authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Keys.
*Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
*Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:
*Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
*Hands-on experience with automation tools, including Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
*Experience with enterprise reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
*Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and messaging services.
*Strong domain knowledge and project experience in the Life Sciences sector, including exposure to regulated environments, GxP, clinical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare processes.
*Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools such as Git.
