Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
* Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
* Prepare functional and technical design documentation (BRDs, FDDs, TDDs).
* Support integrations with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, REST APIs, HRMS, Banking, and third-party systems.
* Manage data migration, reporting, workflows, security, and system configuration.
* Coordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7–12+ years of ERP implementation experience.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
* Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
* Experience with ERP migration, integrations, data migration, and production support.
* Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP business processes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
