Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple global teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will drive Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, oversee Jira governance, track Agile metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Agile delivery across multiple global DataCore teams, workstreams, and vendors.
*Drive Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile adoption while coaching teams and stakeholders.
*Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
*Lead Scrum of Scrums to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and release coordination.
*Ensure sprint commitments, backlog readiness (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and delivery discipline.
*Remove delivery impediments, track risks, and drive timely escalations.
*Own Jira governance, data quality, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and delivery visibility.
*Manage capacity planning, resource utilization, demand forecasting, and release planning.
*Monitor key Agile metrics such as Velocity, Predictability, Throughput, Burndown, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Spillovers.
*Drive continuous improvement, Agile maturity, onboarding, documentation, and knowledge management.
*Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Vendors.
*Serve as the operational voice of the delivery organization, ensuring transparent communication and governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*8+ years in Agile delivery environments.
*5+ years as a Scrum master's in enterprise-scale programs.
