Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects from planning through go-live and operational handover. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project delivery, stakeholder and vendor management, risk management, and enterprise governance, with exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the delivery of a multi-workstream AI/automation project from approval and setup through MVP/PoV, UAT, go-live, scaling, security/compliance readiness, and IT operations handover
*Manage project plan, milestones, budget (including UBM), dependencies, and governance reporting.
*Coordinate business, IT, architecture, AppSec, data science, vendor, and operations teams.
*Drive MVP/PoV scope, solution design checkpoints, UAT planning, go-live readiness, and handover.
*Manage risks around requirements ambiguity, resource constraints, AI output quality, technical readiness, and adoption.
*Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, status reporting, decision logs, and escalation management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*7+ years project management experience.
*Proven delivery of technology, AI, automation, data, or digital transformation projects.
*Experience with Agile/iterative delivery and enterprise governance • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
*Familiarity with security, AppSec, production readiness, and IT handover processes
Nice to have:
*Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Boomi/API/MFT integrations.
*Audit, risk, compliance, or internal controls domain exposure.
*Experience managing data science / ML engineering resources
