Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, task tracking, financial management, and executive reporting. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
* Track project tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Manage project financials, including UBM (Unit-Based Management) and budget tracking.
* Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and regular project status reports.
* Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Facilitate project review meetings, status updates, and governance reporting.
* Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of overall professional experience with 6+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
* Strong experience in general project management and task tracking.
* Hands-on experience in financial management, including UBM and budget tracking.
* Expertise in preparing PowerPoint presentations and regular project reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
* Experience working on OT (Operational Technology) / Manufacturing Equipment projects.
* Experience with IT software and hardware setup projects.
* Experience in the Life Sciences domain.
